This Privacy Policy explains how BYP3D handles information when you use the BYP3D mobile application.
The current version of BYP3D has been designed to operate primarily on your device and does not require you to create a BYP3D user account.
BYP3D does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number or postal address through the app.
The current version of the app does not provide a BYP3D account registration or login system.
Projects created in BYP3D are stored locally on your device. BYP3D does not automatically upload your projects to BYP3D servers.
Project information may include scene layouts, object positions, colors, customization settings and other information necessary to reopen your projects.
BYP3D allows users to select images from their device for use with compatible objects and customization features.
These images are processed locally by the application and are not automatically uploaded to BYP3D servers.
Images generated or exported from BYP3D are also stored locally on your device unless you choose to share, copy or transfer them using another application or service.
The current version of BYP3D does not contain third-party advertising and does not use third-party analytics services to track user activity for advertising or marketing purposes.
BYP3D may interact with Google Play services for application distribution, licensing, purchases, subscriptions or verification of access to paid features.
Payments made through Google Play are processed by Google. BYP3D does not receive or store your credit card number or other payment card details.
Google may process information independently in connection with Google Play and its services. Google's handling of that information is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.
Some content or features in BYP3D may require Premium access. When applicable, the application may use information provided by Google Play to determine whether the user has access to those features.
BYP3D does not use this information to build advertising profiles or sell personal information.

The current version of the application does not share user-created projects, imported images or exported designs with BYP3D servers or third parties automatically.
BYP3D is a design and planning tool intended primarily for party planners, decorators and event professionals.
The application is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
Because project data is primarily stored locally, users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security and backups for their device and locally stored projects.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
BYP3D may introduce additional functionality in future versions, including services that could require different data handling practices.
If this happens, this Privacy Policy and the relevant Google Play disclosures will be updated before or when those features become available.
